Refund & cancellation policy

Clear policies reduce chargebacks and keep everything smooth.

Refunds: We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@sdvsignal.com and we’ll help.

Cancellation: Once checkout is live, you can cancel anytime from the customer portal (linked in your receipt emails). Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

We aim to respond to support emails within 24–48 hours during beta.
